In addition to this, we are currently under going other major recontruction and a shift in our primary objective.
The visual aspects of this site are scheduled to be completed by the end of February of 2010.
This reconstruction will be a slow but gradual change to our website structure, content, and mission.
Visually this site has already changed from a static to a slightly more dynamic site it will remain
in it's present visual state with the exception of at few tweaks here and there.
Most of the work is going to happen in the background for now.
